"Hit Me Up" Cards

School is out for Summer...now I have that song stuck in my head!  Well, school isn't out yet..but it will be for both of my boys next week.

So I made these "Hit Me Up" cards for them to hand out to the friends they would like to stay in contact with over the summer.

And yes..I came up with the name "Hit Me Up" all on my own..genius..pure genius I know :)
